Exchanges

We encourage you to refer to the size guide provided on each product page to ensure the best fit. However, if your t-shirt doesn’t fit as expected — or you'd like to switch to another design — we’ve got you covered.

We allow one exchange per order, for either a different size or a different design.

To initiate an exchange:

• Contact us via email at ivryspace@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Make sure to mention your Order Number, Reason for Exchange and New Product Required.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll ship out your preferred size or design.

*Shipping charges may apply for the exchange depending on location.

Returns

Being a small, independent label, we’re currently unable to accept returns for refunds — thank you for standing by us!

Shipping Costs

We provide free shipping on all orders.

COD Fees

Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) can incur a nominal handling fee of Rs 100.

Issues with Delivery or Incorrect Addresses

We will work with the courier to investigate and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
